Delivery
All orders are sent via Royal Mail first class or Parcelforce.
Please allow approximately 2-3 working days for dispatch if your item is in stock and 3-8 days for delivery.
All larger items and House Paintings are sent via Parcelforce on a 24-hour service.

Royal Mail First Class: £4.75
Parcelforce 24 hour: £10.00
If you would like your order to be sent on a next-day delivery service with Royal Mail please ring the studio on 07967 349603 so you can be charged correctly. Please note this service may not always be available so please get in touch before placing your order.
Overseas Orders
For any orders to be sent overseas please send your orders separately via email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. so we can charge you accordingly for delivery. Please include your name, full delivery address and contact details along with the items you require and a payment link can be sent.
Returns and Refunds
If you are not happy with your order or you would like to exchange, please send the item back to the studio address within 14 working days in its original condition. Please note that we will not refund for return postage and please make sure you send your order back using signed for delivery to ensure it arrives safely.
We cannot refund on Custom made or bespoke items. With all bespoke artwork, a photograph will be sent prior to posting to check you are happy.
